Purchase Ledger Supervisor – Borehamwood
£35,000 OTE
Monday - Friday, no weekends. 37.5hr week. Flexible start/finish available
Theo are currently seeking to recruit a Motor Trade Purchase Manager to join our client based in North London.
As part of our client's accounts team you will be responsible for:
* Reporting into Management Accountant and overseeing the Accounts Payable Function
* Managing a team to process invoices, authorise and schedule payments, and maintain supplier relationships.
* Key Responsibilities include;
* Managing the team
* Overseeing processing of invoices, credit notes and payment runs
* Point of contact with suppliers, resolving queries and supplying statements
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports
The ideal candidate will be:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Have good number and problem solving skills
* Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
* Experienced in a leadership role within finance or purchase ledger
* Experienced in the automotive industry
