Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist

Hybrid working, fixed 12‑month contract, 30.00 hours per week to cover maternity leave.
We are a multi‑disciplinary Community Youth Team promoting positive mental health for young people aged 14–25 years. This role supports young people’s wellbeing within a dynamic, creative team using face‑to‑face and online platforms.
Responsibilities
* Triage new referrals and conduct comprehensive assessments.
* Deliver evidence‑based mental health interventions one‑to‑one and in group settings (face‑to‑face, Attend Anywhere, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
* Manage individual caseloads and contribute to the team duty system.
* Work collaboratively with families, acute hospital, primary care, social care, education and voluntary services.
* Actively participate in team meetings and reflective sessions.

* Experience, passion, resilience, empathy, excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and able to manage risk.
