Proven experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Controller

Strong background in automotive retail (franchised or prestige desirable)

Demonstrable success in structuring profitable vehicle deals

Proven track record of selling finance, insurance, and add-on products

Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance

Expert knowledge of vehicle finance products, warranties, GAP, and insurances

Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills

Commercial awareness with a strong focus on profit and conversion

Confident in supporting Sales Executives to close deals

Ability to analyse KPIs including finance penetration, product performance, and deal profitability

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

IT literate with experience using CRM and dealership management systems
