Shape global sales strategy As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll drive PMS sales growth, build key accounts, and work with cross-functional teams to meet targets. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing key account strategies aligned with the broader Baker Hughes commercial plan to drive PMS growth. Achieving and exceeding budgeted volume and margin targets for PMS products. Building and maintaining a continuous pipeline of PMS sales opportunities. Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of PMS opportunities across national and international markets. Managing proposal generation processes and regional forecasts, ensuring realistic project pipelines and KPIs. Developing and expanding the PMS client database and strengthening relationships to maximize volume opportunities. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for managing reports, forecasts, and data analysis. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals effectively. Have Robust organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions quickly. Have in-depth technical knowledge of LV & HV controls products, including Protection, Metering, Monitoring, Automation, and Control technologies. Have experience in account management and building a continuous PMS sales pipeline across national and international markets.
