Responsibilities
1. Direct communication with customers and consumers, providing superior sales services.
2. Ensure consistent communication of products, programs, availability, and lead time information while coordinating special projects.
3. Sales and training of the KJUS collections in the defined territory in collaboration with the General Manager for UK & Ireland.
4. Plan and execute seasonal planning and sell-in of collections to retail partners, meeting order periods.
5. Lead territory bookings, order appointments, trainings (clinics), and support re-orders.
6. Support retail partners with merchandising, active sales support, and replenishment throughout the year.
7. Develop seasonal turnover plans to meet sales targets.
8. Organize and execute trunk shows, tournaments, corporate events, and other revenue opportunities.
9. Manage territory seeding within budget.
10. Follow distribution strategy and meet sales targets for product categories.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, providing industry-leading support.
12. Organize calendar and travel efficiently to cover the territory.
Your profile
1. Secondary education required; bachelor’s preferred.
2. At least 2 years of sales experience.
3. Experience in golf apparel is highly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of sales and marketing.
5. Ability to manage and cross-sell multiple product categories.
6. Dynamic, enthusiastic, result-driven, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficient in MS Office.
8. Passionate golfer, skier, or sportsperson.
