Locum Residential Property Associate

Start Date: 5th January 2026
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their top law firm client's team on a temporary basis, initially for around 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions (sales, purchases, financing)
* Acting for both private clients and banks on property financing
* Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
* Handling lettings, licences, deeds of variation, and other private client matters
* Ensuring excellent client service while managing multiple timesensitive files
Skills Required:
* Minimum 4 years’ PQE with strong residential property experience (leasehold, freehold, new builds)
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage a high-volume caseload
* Strong communication and client handling skills
* Team player with drive, initiative, and commercial awareness
