Development Manager / Senior Manager

You’ll be responsible for originating and developing utility‑scale wind, solar and storage projects across key US markets—from site identification through to ready‑to‑build. Key Responsibilities
* Lead all phases of utility‑scale wind, solar and storage project development
* Identify and assess new sites, conduct early‑stage market analysis and due diligence
* Secure land agreements including lease and easement negotiations with landowners
* Support the interconnection process and coordinate key applications
* Navigate local, state, and federal permitting processes
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and development risks
* Oversee external consultants and collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams
* Engage with landowners, local officials, and community stakeholders to build strong relationships
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in US renewable energy development, preferably 2 years of wind development experience
* Proven ability to lead development activities from greenfield through to NTP
* Excellent project management and negotiation skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience
* Proficient with GIS tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Comfortable working in a flexible, fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities
