Registered Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home
Location: Wigan
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum (including bonuses and benefits)
Potential to increase to £70,000 to £90,000 with dual registration

We are currently looking for a passionate, values-led Registered Manager to lead our 2-bed therapeutic children’s home in Wigan. There is also the potential to grow into a dual-registration role in the future of a second 2 bed home, with increased responsibility and an enhanced salary to match.

What we’re looking for:
* At least 2 years’ experience in a residential children’s home within the last 5 years
* Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People
* Level 5 Leadership and Management (completed or in progress)
* Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, Ofsted regulations and children’s legislation
* Excellent team leadership and communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Must be aged 21 or over and eligible to work in the UK (due to regulatory requirements)
