Hours of Work: Full Time
As the Assistant Finance Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting strong financial foundations and delivering meaningful insights. You will oversee financial control and reporting, managing month-end processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance across our operations. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with various departments, optimise financial processes, and support our team in driving performance improvements. You'll also mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence within the team.
Assistant Finance Controller Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and management reporting.
Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX compliance is essential.
Excellent analytical skills, with a detail-focused and problem-solving mindset.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.Assistant Finance Controller Benefits:
