You will work with a wide range of medical and surgical cases, developing your clinical skills while delivering high-quality, welfare-focused care. About You You will be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with: Confidence managing a diverse caseload across medicine and surgery A pragmatic, evidence-based approach to clinical decision-making Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients Experience discussing realistic treatment options that balance best practice with individual circumstances A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a supportive, team-based environment Adaptability, resilience, and a strong focus on animal welfare are essential for success in this role.
