Job Description
This role combines international business development with distributor management and strategic marketing.
 3. Generate revenue across the company's medical device portfolio within hospitals and healthcare organisations
 4. Identify and convert new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of customers and key opinion leaders
 5. Manage and support international distributors, ensuring aligned strategies across regions
 6. Represent the business at global conferences, exhibitions, and workshops
 7. Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and regulatory affairs
 8. Travel internationally up to 50% across UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East
The Successful Applicant
A commercially driven international sales professional with strong healthcare experience and distributor management expertise.
 9. 5+ years' experience in international medical device sales, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
 10. Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships
 11. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
 12. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
 13. Professional competency in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages a plus
 14. Knowledge of wound care or infection markets desirable
The candidate must also have access to the West London office 2/3 days a week.
