Ventro and Firntec are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and building compliance. We are looking for a Service Maintenance Estimator. This is to join our existing team of Active/Passive Estimators. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate client quotations based on a contracted schedule of rates. Your role involves providing detailed costings for maintenance works. You will generate quotations using information from engineers' reports and, where necessary, liaise with suppliers and contractors for additional quotes to complete the required works. Key Responsibilities: * Analyse and evaluate quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness * Interpret engineers' requests and specifications to generate precise costings * Prepare quotations for service contracts and small works, expanding responsibilities as expertise develops * Communicate with team members and departments to gather correct specifications and pricing information * Meet strict deadlines in line with customer KPIs The Successful Candidate will have: * Technical knowledge within the active fire industry, specifically within passive fire * Strong attention to detail * Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook Etc.) * Preferable knowledge or experience of Salesforce or Netsuite * Good communication, calculation & literacy skills * Good time management and ability to cope with pressure and manage own workload and work to deadlines * Willingness to learn, act with integrity and work as a team player In return you will benefit from: * Competitive pay * 30 days holidays (including Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown) * Buy 5 more days of annual leave * Regular incentives including vouchers and staff parties * Benefits including pension, healthcare plan and tech scheme * Fully-financed role-specific qualifications Ventro Ltd values diversity and promotes equality.
