Mission: Support and track the repairs process to an allocated base, and also provide a proactive approach to develop meaningful relationships with your customers and demonstrate our values whilst helping to drive the service transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate within Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to ensure we work in a safe and responsible manner taking a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour.
2. Manage the repair process – reception of product, initial inspection, create the repairs quote, supervise the repairs process, and return to customer when done.
3. Take ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed our contractual requirements.
4. Deliver a best-in-class service.
5. Working closely with the customer to identify operational issues that we can resolve.
6. Provide clear and concise service reports that demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric.
7. Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Due to the nature of the role, an Electrical qualification, or industry experience would be beneficial.
2. Proven experience in the switch gear space.
3. Proven experience in managing repairs teams, where you had to look after customers.
4. Interest in learning about the product range Schneider Electric can offer its customers.
5. Be able to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in a similar role.
