As a Crane Operator at Sarens, you'll join our team on a major project in Hull, UK. For 18 months, you'll operate some of the most powerful cranes in the world - the CC8800 and LR11350 - ensuring every lift is safe, accurate, and compliant. Your job in a nutshell:
* Operate and control CC8800 and LR11350 cranes independently and safely.
* Assemble, configure, and dismantle cranes on-site.
* Check planning instructions, lifting plans, certificates, and load charts before work.
* Inspect cranes and auxiliary equipment before, during, and after operations.
* Perform daily and preventive maintenance; report irregularities.
* Complete maintenance checklists and work records accurately.
* Promote SHEQ standards and continuous improvement on every site.
* Report to your Line Manager and collaborate with Team Blue across Europe.
ABOUT YOU
You're a hands-on professional who combines technical skill with a strong sense of responsibility. You value safety, precision, and teamwork. You're ready to travel and take ownership of your craft.
Required:
+ Proven experience operating CC8800 and/or LR11350 cranes.
+ Valid hoisting/safety certificate.
+ Working at heights certificate.
+ Solid knowledge of English for site communication.
+ Basic understanding of mechanics and hydraulics.
+ Driver's license C or CE.
Preferred:
o Technical education (MTS or MBO).
o Additional certificates (forklift, telehandler, aerial platform).
o Excellent communication and situational awareness skills.
