Overview
The Events Executive is responsible for supporting Senior Event Managers and ensuring all events are delivered successfully for the Wealth Management business across regional locations. The role focuses on registration processes for flagship events, day‑to‑day operations, and managing smaller events throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to Senior Events Managers in the coordination and delivery of luxury client events, dinners, investment seminars, sponsorship and partnership events, and hybrid/virtual events.
* Explore use of digital and social media across events.
* Manage the registration process at flagship events.
* Manage event merchandise for regional offices.
* Organise itineraries and communications with clients as required.
* Own the events system and provide training to stakeholders.
* Coordinate invitation mail‑out: collate, clean, de‑dupe guest lists and send invitations.
* Handle RSVP process: update entries in the events system, send confirmations, answer client queries.
* Provide administrative support: formatting and printing guest lists, post‑event attendee reports, name badges, marketing collateral, goody bags, courier bookings, accommodation and transport for roadshows, post‑event analysis of client feedback.
* Coordinate hospitality bookings, ticket allocations, and complimentary museum/gallery tickets.
* Assist with health and safety, risk assessment, compliance and insurance documentation.
* Process post‑event cost centre reallocations and invoices.
* Plan and deliver smaller events (educational seminars, in‑house lunches) from start to finish.
* Perform additional support duties as reasonably expected.
* Ensure all events comply with corporate policies and are adequately documented.
* Follow up with Business Development and stakeholders to assess ROI.
* Deliver events within regulatory frameworks, adhering to brand and style guidelines.
* Book couriers to send materials to venues nationwide.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
* Relevant events delivery experience with a keen desire to develop further.
* Highly organised, proactive, multi‑tasking and able to prioritise workload.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
