Sales & Service Team Manager
Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term – 36.75 hours per week
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 weeks holiday

Responsibilities
* Lead the front‑end, showroom, and TradePoint teams to drive sales through exceptional service.
* Create a sales culture and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Shape the customer experience and drive service excellence through a newly‑formed team of Shift Leads.
* Inspire the “Make Every Customer Count” agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
* Oversee safety, security, and compliance routines across the store through your shift‑lead team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Customer‑focused and attentive to customer feedback.
* Passion for sales and winning.
* Well‑planned, organized, able to prioritize and think on your feet.
* Coaching mindset – first thought is to lead and coach, not jump in.
* Confident to provide constructive feedback to all audiences.
* Comfortable managing a diverse large team and supporting career development.
