The Role – HR Coordinator We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to ensure the seamless delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, you will support recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, payroll‑related inputs, and cyclical HR activities. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with GDPR requirements Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and external stakeholders Coordinate recruitment administration, ensuring accurate and timely documentation Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials Deliver an engaging new starter experience, including inductions and welcome packs Organise quarterly new starter lunches Support all elements of the leaver process Ensure HR systems and trackers are kept up to date, including data affecting payroll, company cars, health & safety, and other processes Work closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor across the employee lifecycle Track compliance training and follow up as needed Manage HR invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment Support salary and benefits review activities Maintain and update the HR intranet Arrange travel and visas for the HR team Provide administrative support to the wider HR leadership Support HR projects and the delivery of organisational initiatives Skills & Experience Previous HR administration or generalist experience desirable HR graduate or equivalent experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Comfortable using HR systems (experience with SuccessFactors beneficial) Knowledge of GDPR and handling sensitive data Exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Able to prioritise effectively, work to tight deadlines, and manage competing demands Discreet, ethical, and confident managing confidential information Able to work methodically and improve processes using technology Why Apply?
