Responsibilities:
The appointed Business Teacher will:
* Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons at KS4 and KS5.
* Monitor student progress and provide tailored support to ensure achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum development and new initiatives within the department.
* Play a key role in enhancing student outcomes through leadership opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A degree in Business or a related field.
* PGCE or QTS qualification.
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (including PGCE placements).
* A commitment to fostering student growth and achievement.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary on the MPS/UPS scale, with an additional TLR available for leadership responsibilities.
