Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team, focusing on in-store retail marketing for a large retail account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Point of Sale (POS) and print management, with a proven track record of overseeing the successful rollout of printed materials for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end process of all printed materials related to each marketing campaign, from concept development to final delivery.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure alignment with client objectives and timelines.
* Liaise with external suppliers and vendors to source materials, obtain quotes, and oversee production schedules.
* Conduct quality assurance checks on all printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or similar environment, with a focus on in-store retail marketing.
* Expertise in Point of Sale (POS) and print management is essential.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and quality.
Location and Working Arrangements: This role is remote but requires monthly travel to the offices in Bristol
