Project Manager – Industrial Property Development
We are recruiting for a property asset management and development management company in London. As part of our continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and commercially astute Project Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and planning approvals through to procurement, construction, and final delivery. This role requires rigorous control of programme, budget, and quality standards, alongside effective coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, occupiers, and local authorities.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
* Managing procurement processes and contract administration.
* Overseeing risk management, compliance, and governance requirements.
* Monitoring construction progress and resolving issues efficiently.
* Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
We are seeking a candidate with proven client side project management experience in property development or construction, ideally with exposure to industrial or commercial schemes. Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and contractual frameworks are essential. Professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
