Assembly Operative Details: Salary: £12.21 with increase after completion of all initial training and probationary period on site. Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. Due to continued growth, this client is looking for several Experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives for work on a long-term basis to support the growth of their business. Candidates for the role would ideally have: Experience of working in a production environment. A willingness to work and a good positive attitude. Experience in soldering electrical components and the ability to follow electrical wiring diagrams. Able to ensure products are finished to a high standard. Be dexterous as you will be working with small wiring components. Full training is provided so although the experience above would be ideal, a reliable person who has a good attitude and is willing to work are the main attributes they are looking for. The successful candidates will be involved in: Cable preparation. Crimping. Stripping / Snipping wires. PCB work. Heat shrinking. Assembly duties.
