Location & Hours
Location: Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a call-out rota.
Your Responsibilities
As a Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to deliver top-notch maintenance services across our customer’s estate. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Managing Kier engineers and subcontractors
* Overseeing reactive, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and quoted works
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining accurate asset records

* You have extensive experience in hard services and a solid understanding of industry-standard contracts
* You excel in relationship management and possess excellent communication skills
