Customer Service Administrator
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the office department, dealing with all customer returns and working closely with the Sales team. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
* Dealing with customer returns & insurance claims
* Supporting Sales with courier delivery discrepancies
* Handling Customer Enquiries – Providing product samples, information, and quotations
* Supporting the General Manager in various sales activities to maximise opportunities
* Managing Customer Complaints – Ensuring timely resolution in coordination with QA
Experience required:
* Working in an office environment
* Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills for cross-department liaison
* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
