South Bedfordshire Community Health Services are looking for a full time band 6 Occupational Therapist to be part of the Community Occupational Therapy service within the Primary Care Home Team. We are a 7 day service 8am-9pm.
Responsibilities
* You will work closely alongside all members of the therapy team: Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Rehabilitation Support Workers, as well as a wider multi-disciplinary workforce across Bedfordshire.
* You will build close links with the professionals and services required to wrap around the needs of each individual to provide a holistic approach.
* You will need to be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Take pride in your work, be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change. Being a collaborative worker, with the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications
* All applicants need to hold a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC
* Holding leadership experience with team management skills
Requirements
* Due to the nature of the post the applicant must be able to meet the travel requirements to travel across the county of Bedfordshire.
