Responsibilities
5. Ensure all necessary customs documentation is prepared and updated
6. Customs Declarations- Accurately complete Import & Export within set timeframes.
7. Customer service – Keep the customer updated & informed about the status of customs declarations.
8. Generate and send VAT and duty invoices through the freight Management system.
Requirements
9. Experience as a Customs Coordinator or equivalent working for a freight forwarder.
10. Prior experience with Import/Export Customs Procedures
11. Awareness and working knowledge of CDS,NCTS,AND Destin8 would be advantageous.
12. Strong communication and organisational skills.
