The Role Ensuring compliance and processing CIS returns. Reconciling bank accounts and loan balances across various entities. Managing purchase invoices along with supplier accounts and associated documentation. Preparing payment runs for submission and approval. Handling intercompany transactions and journal entries. Supporting the preparation of management accounts and producing insightful reports. Communicating with suppliers to address and resolve any discrepancies. Processing company expenses efficiently. Managing subcontractor timesheets and overseeing payroll operations. Reconciling fuel card transactions for the company. The Person Demonstrated experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage). Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities. Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and with integrity.
