The Gleeds Infrastructure team currently has approximately 165 staff working across sectors such as Rail, Highways, Utilities, Aviation and Ports. We work with clients like HS2, Network Rail, Homes England, Scottish Water, Port of Dover, Environment Agency, Heathrow, and many others, providing Programme Management, Cost Management, and Project Controls services.

The vision of the Infrastructure team is to:
* Develop and implement a clear infrastructure market proposition covering Programme Management, Cost Management, Project Controls, and Advisory services.
* Coordinate infrastructure sector opportunities with regional teams to grow market share professionally and personally.
* Deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients through creative and realistic solutions.
* Grow the UK infrastructure market share to £55m (approximately 550 people) by 2028.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives.
* Engaging positively with customers to develop and maintain relationships.
* Delivering high-quality services and outputs that meet client requirements.
* Managing projects and programs to ensure quality and adherence to procedures.
* Administering contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager.
* Producing and presenting reports to clients.
* Mentoring and coaching team members to realize their potential.
* Preparing bids for new services.
* Managing service delivery profitably.
* Advising directors on issues impacting projects and professional indemnity.
About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Proven experience working on UK Infrastructure Projects.
* Sound project/program management experience post-qualification.
* Knowledge of project management techniques.
* Experience in administering construction contracts.
* Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Ability to analyze complex information and requirements.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and financial skills.
* Proficiency in ICT tools like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Ability to work and manage teams effectively.
Qualifications
* MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers) or working towards it.
