Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the on site Resident Services Team, ensuring high-quality customer service and community engagement.
2. Act as the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, tenancy matters, and resolving complaints efficiently.
3. Oversee lettings and tenancy processes, ensuring smooth move-ins, renewals, and resident onboarding.
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the development, including building maintenance, cleaning services, parcel management, and amenity space coordination.
5. Organise and execute resident engagement initiatives and events to foster a strong community atmosphere.
