* Compliance & Documentation: Own the vetting process, including managing the thorough completion of employment application forms, initiating and tracking DBS checks, and overseeing all other mandatory compliance and vetting requirements essential for the healthcare industry.
* Reference & Follow‑up: Proactively check and verify references for all new applicants; prepare and process employment references for former employees with accuracy and speed. Systematically track and follow up on any outstanding documents or required certifications from new applicants to ensure a timely and compliant start date.
* Staff Administration & Records: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Performance & Support: Assist with performance management initiatives and provide general HR administrative support to the entire department.
