Job Purpose
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-profile PFI projects, responsible for total facilities management. The successful applicant will have full leadership and financial responsibility with a primary focus on operational and commercial compliance.
You will lead, develop, manage, and motivate a support services team to the Mitie standards, ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality. You will also support the Regional Account Manager in developing the business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs.
Responsibilities
* Customer: Build long-term, sustainable customer relationships, offer high-standard customer support, manage NPS and engagement targets.
* People: Manage a team of site-based Facilities Managers, oversee compliance, recruitment, training, succession planning, and payroll.
* Service Delivery: Manage service obligations, understand SLAs and KPIs, ensure contractual and commercial obligations are met, and identify service improvements.
* Finance: Manage cash flow, P&L, procurement processes, and profitability.
* Compliance: Oversee statutory works, ensure policy adherence, manage risk registers, produce reports, and ensure health & safety compliance, including safeguarding policies.
Skills & Experience
* IOSH or NEBOSH Certification
* Experience in a similar role
* IT literacy, MS Office skills
* Leadership and team development skills
* Strong communication skills
