Reporting to the Reception and Pastoral Support Assistant, the supervisor is responsible for monitoring pupil behaviour and ensuring their wellbeing across various areas of the school, including playgrounds, corridors, dining areas, and toilets. Working as part of a rota team, the supervisor helps manage queues, encourage good manners, and address any issues that arise, supporting the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies throughout the lunch period.
