Responsibilities
* Leading ISR and Autonomy activities across Sense and Connect and Mission Systems
* Driving strategic campaigns and injecting innovative solutions to meet customer challenges
* Building collaborative relationships with internal teams, customers, and industry partners
* Harnessing talent across organisations to deliver impactful outcomes
* Guiding team through successful contract delivery and capability growth
Qualifications
* Proven leadership in programme and business delivery within Defence or Partners Across Government (PAG)
* Strong understanding of Autonomy and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance environments and customer needs
* Experience working across business units and global delivery teams
* Commercial acumen in complex project environments, including forecasting and risk management
* A track record of developing stakeholder relationships and driving business growth
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant technical or management discipline
* Chartered membership (or working towards) of a professional institute
* Recognised business/project management qualifications (e.g. APM)
* Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance or willingness to obtain
* Full passport and driving licence

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
