Our highly regarded firm in Birmingham is seeking a Childcare Solicitor (2 PQE) to join their specialist Family & Childcare team. The Role: Managing a varied caseload of public law children matters. Representing parents, guardians, and children in care proceedings. Preparing cases and conducting advocacy where appropriate. Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients. About You: At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in childcare/public law children matters. Strong advocacy and case management skills. A member of the Children Panel A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
