Business Development Executive Location: Remote (with ability to travel to Birmingham offices) Type: Full-Time Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Create Opportunity. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, strengthening partnerships, and turning opportunities into measurable results across the UK. Role Overview In this high‑impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new revenue. You’ll identify prospects, build meaningful relationships, deliver compelling sales presentations, and work closely with internal teams to turn strategy into sales. Using data, insight, and strong communication skills, you will drive consistent growth and ensure prospects clearly understand the value we bring. Key Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through outbound outreach, meetings, and strategic networking. Analyse CRM data, pipeline trends, and sales metrics to prioritise high‑value opportunities. Present tailored solutions to potential clients, clearly communicating value and ROI. Build strong regional sales plans and contribute to target‑driven strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, implementation, and smooth client handovers. Attend meetings, webinars, and industry events to strengthen capability and market presence. Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages. Forecast new business, maintain accurate pipeline reporting, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We’re Looking For A confident, driven salesperson with a positive, proactive approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Understanding of sales pipelines, KPIs, and business development processes. Comfortable working remotely and travelling when needed. Experience in a sales, business development, or lead‑generation role. Organised, data‑driven, and motivated by targets and results.
