Change Manager - Insurance - Change & Transformation
12-Month Fixed Term Contract - £65,000-£ 75,000
Remote (with travel to UK offices when required – all expenses paid)
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a leading insurance group on an initial 12-month fixed term contract with strong potential to extend long term. This role will play a key part in delivering process, system, and operational change initiatives across the business.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Operations, IT and Business teams to ensure change initiatives are delivered effectively, embedded into BAU, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver change activities across multiple workstreams
* Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
* Coordinate with IT and operational teams to support smooth delivery
* Track benefits, report progress, and ensure governance is followed
* Engage and influence stakeholders to secure buy-in and manage resistance
* Support handover to training and BAU teams to ensure sustainability
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering change projects within insurance or financial services
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Understanding of change management frameworks and governance
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
* Willingness to travel to UK sites when needed (all travel expenses covered)
