Qualiflex Ltd, a trusted specialist in the flexographic printing industry, is looking for a skilled Repro Operator to join our in-house studio team. Based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, we are known for delivering precision, quality, and consistency in every project. Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire, UK
What You’ll Do
* Prepare and optimise artwork for flexographic printing, ensuring it meets technical requirements and industry best practices.
* Liaise with colleagues across departments to maintain accuracy, quality, and brand consistency on all jobs.
* Work extensively with ESKO Artpro (experience with Artpro+ would be beneficial).
* Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for pre-press and design tasks.
* Carry out thorough proofing so all artwork is press-ready and aligned with client expectations.
* Handle multiple projects at once, delivering on schedule without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience with ESKO Artpro (essential).
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Background in a fast-paced studio environment, preferably in flexographic printing.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy team.
