Lunchtime Supervisor
Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Weeks per Year: 38 weeks
Actual Salary: £2,817.73 – £2,926.70 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring that pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and positive lunchtime experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall, playground, or classroom.
Encourage good behaviour, cooperation, and positive social interaction.
Ensure pupils’ safety and wellbeing at all times.
Assist with minor issues and report concerns to teaching staff when required.
Help pupils with basic needs where appropriate (e.g. opening food containers).
About You
Enjoy working with children and supporting their wellbeing.
Calm, patient, and able to manage behaviour positively.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
