Overview
We are seeking an experienced, senior-level Marketing Strategist to join our growing Customer Experience (CX) group, supporting our international business from our London office. This is a high-impact role that involves advising C-level executives on brand strategy, marketing infrastructure, and operational excellence.
You will lead strategic engagements, develop data-driven marketing strategies, and help clients optimize their customer journeys across channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day strategy engagements and manage client relationships alongside the Client Services team.
- Develop and present omnichannel marketing strategies rooted in data insights to drive ROI and customer behavior.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business development through proposals and pitches.
- Analyze quantitative research and audience models to inform targeting and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Create and manage strategic roadmaps that align with client objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, account, and operations teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to evolving team processes and methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, customer experience, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data strategy, segmentation, and performance measurement.
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading client workshops and pitches.
- Experience in consulting, digital agencies, or enterprise marketing teams preferred.
- Familiarity with CX platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software is a plus.
