Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000k

Role Summary:
This is a leadership role overseeing a team of Property Lawyers within a high-volume, tech-enabled environment. You’ll be responsible for performance, compliance and people development, while ensuring service standards and productivity targets are consistently met. The role offers the opportunity to shape team culture, influence operational improvements and play a key part in ongoing growth and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing team: Create a motivated, engaged culture aligned with company values
• Drive performance and upskilling: Use structured frameworks to support salary reviews and development plans
• Oversee operational delivery: Ensure SLAs, productivity and quality targets are consistently achieved
• Manage performance and compliance: Handle performance issues effectively while maintaining regulatory standards
• Implement change initiatives: Influence improvements across the department and embed new processes successfully
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Extensive experience within residential conveyancing
• Proven experience managing and developing legal teams
• Strong technical understanding of the conveyancing process, including post-completion
• Demonstrable ability to drive performance, productivity and service standards
• Experience handling complaints and ensuring regulatory compliance
