You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.

The Support Worker role:
Due to the opening of a new service, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who can bring with them a variety of skills to support individuals within a complex mental health supported living scheme.
You would be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs as well as providing support within their daily lives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life through person centred support.
SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. We are developing this brand-new service in Stone.
Sherwood House is our NEW refurbished service which has 12 one-bedroom, self-contained apartments based in the town centre of Stone, close to local amenities and transport links. The building contains an office with staff on site 24 hours. This may be their first opportunity to live semi-independently and develop independent living skills. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people's lives and build an excellent team around the service.
What we are looking for in our Support Worker:
Level 2 health & social care qualification or willing to work towards this.
Experience of caring for adults with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector.
