Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking through to delivery
Prepare and process export documentation (MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export controls
Liaise with airlines, handling agents, hauliers, and overseas offices/partners
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Track and monitor shipments, updating clients proactively on progress or delays
Coordinate collections and deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met
Handle invoicing, billing, and cost control for export shipments
Support continuous improvement in operational processes and efficiencyAbout You
Strong experience in Air Freight Exports (ideally Heathrow-based operations)
Solid knowledge of export documentation, customs, and regulations
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
