Are you an individual with a passion for helping others? Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team at Ninewells Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care.
Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors and staff as a key member of the front-of-house team.
* Manage appointments, update records and support clinical teams using IT systems.
* Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
* Assist with stock control and ordering supplies; training will be provided if needed.
Qualifications
* Strong IT and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work as part of a team; previous experience in stock handling is advantageous but not essential.
Important notes
You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland. Information on the Healthcare Support Worker Regulations can be found on the NHS Tayside microsite on Staffnet.
Hours of work are: 22 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 12:30 and Friday 08:00 – 12:00.
