Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, and general commercial litigation matters.
* Handle matters from pre-action through to resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings.
* Draft, review, and advise on a range of legal documentation, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
* Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to clients across a range of sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and referrers.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and procedural rules.
