Located in a beautiful setting close to Winchester and Andover, our little RAFAKidz family are always busy with trips out, picnics, parties and outdoor learning. Role
We welcome applications from senior nursery practitioners ready to take the next step in their career. You will be working closely with Jo, our Nursery Manager, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will bring with you strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the absolute best outcomes for our children. You will need to have previous experience in either a Room Leader or Third in Charge role and be confident undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role from time to time (holidays etc) Please do review the complete job description for the full overview of requirements.
