Head of Marketing
Exclusive opportunity for an experience Head of Marketing to a leading UK healthcare organisation on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role overseeing both B2C and B2B campaigns, digital performance, and CRM-led growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader with a broad generalist skillset and a strong commercial mindset.
The successful candidate will drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across online and offline channels, lead a skilled in-house team, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations to drive measurable business impact.
Hampshire: Hybrid working – 2 days in office, 3 from home
£100k - £110k + Bonus & Car Allowance
Roles & responsibilities:
* Own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across B2B and B2C customer segments.
* Drive acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital (paid, SEO, social, content), CRM, and offline channels.
* Build and evolve value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans for new and existing services.
* Deliver integrated campaign plans across digital, direct marketing, PR, and events.
* Lead marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking against KPIs.
* Oversee CRM strategy and customer lifecycle programmes to improve engagement and LTV.
* Collaborate closely with sales to support lead generation, ABM, and campaign alignment.
* Own key external relationships (e.g. agencies, media partners, event organisers).
* Develop and coach a high-performing marketing team.
* Ensure all activity adheres to relevant compliance and brand guidelines.
Skills & experience:
* Proven experience leading marketing in a mid-to-large B2C and B2B environment, ideally within healthcare, wellbeing, insurance, or related sectors.
* Highly commercial, data-literate and target-focused and comfortable setting and delivering against performance KPIs.
* A digital native with broad channel experience: paid media, content, SEO, CRM, events, and offline campaigns.
* Deep understanding of customer segmentation, funnel metrics, and ROI-led decision making
* Strong experience leading proposition development and go-to-market strategy.
* Skilled in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), performance reporting, and campaign automation.
* A confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales and commercial teams.
