Job Description
CMDB Administrator position at Carnival UK offers a blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the technology department. It’s your chance to start building a foundation in the technology field, contributing to departmental goals while honing your skills. This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12 months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Successful candidates will possess:
* Experience managing and improving data quality from multiple sources
* Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially CMDB and ITSM modules
* Understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
* Knowledge of IT operations and configuration/environment management
