The Best Connection is working with a prestigious client specialising in the manufacture of made-to-measure furniture, freight transport by road, and the operation of warehousing and storage facilities. Known for exceptional craftsmanship and tailored design services, they work closely with clients to create bespoke luxury furniture and ensure it is delivered with care and precision.
We are now seeking Drivers Mates to join the delivery team in Hayes, assisting with the transportation and installation of high-end, made-to-measure furniture into clients' homes and commercial spaces. You will often be dealing directly with high-class clientele, so professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the driver with loading and unloading luxury furniture
* Safely delivering items into clients' homes or business premises
* Handling goods with exceptional care to maintain pristine condition
* Providing a first-class delivery experience for high-profile customers
* Helping with navigation and ensuring smooth delivery schedules
What We're Looking For:
* Good level of physical fitness - heavy lifting required
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Professional and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
* Customer-focused approach with discretion when dealing with high-profile clients
* Previous Drivers Mate or delivery experience preferred (experience with furniture an advantage)

* End Time: Job till finish (hours vary depending on route)
* Pay: £12.60 per hour
