We are seeking experienced and qualified Electricians to join our Building Safety and Compliance team. Our primary objective is to deliver quality and affordable housing, along with services that enhance the lives of our customers. We strive to cultivate strong business partnerships that ensure long-term mutual success, enabling us to provide exceptional homes and related services.
What you will take care of:
* Carrying out all aspects of electrical repairs, demonstrating fault-finding skills and conducting installation works if necessary. Responsible for testing and certification upon completion of works.
* Performing periodical condition reports and remedial works as part of the cyclical team.
* Being on call approximately every 12 weeks, with a standby allowance.
What you need to be successful:
* Fully qualified, with an NVQ Level 3, preferably with 18th edition. City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Salary will reflect qualifications and experience.
* Experience in domestic properties is advantageous, but applicants from diverse backgrounds with the right training and support are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, basic IT literacy, and a customer-focused attitude.
