About You

* You are an accomplished academic leader with a proven track record of excellence in research, education, and knowledge exchange.
* Experience leading a faculty, school, or similarly complex environment with vision, ambition, and the ability to deliver results in line with institutional goals.
* Confident decision-maker with the ability to consult and collaborate effectively, building trust across staff, students and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial flair, ensuring academic and financial sustainability while creating opportunities for growth.
* Strong communication skills to influence and build relationships at government, industry, NHS and international levels.
* Motivated by shaping the future of the Faculty and the University, fostering excellence, equality, diversity and inclusion, and strengthening income generation and reputation.
