About the Role:
A respected and established Legal 500 law firm in Northampton is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident professional who can manage their own caseload while thriving in a supportive and collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* Managing enquiries and progressing transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders throughout
About You:
The firm welcomes candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, provided you are confident running your own files. This may include:
* Solicitors
* Licensed Conveyancers
* CILEX Lawyers
* Experienced unqualified conveyancers
You will ideally:
* Have solid experience in residential conveyancing
* Be comfortable managing your own caseload independently
* Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
Salary & Benefits:
* £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
